Karim is a structural engineer practiced in all aspects of building and design, having worked with top architects and engineers in several European countries. His areas of expertise lie in loading, structural design, steel and concrete.
Karim first encountered BubbleDeck in Europe and became convinced it would revolutionise the Australian construction industry. Drawing on his expertise in the design of long span structures, and a committed proponent of holistic, integrated and sustainable building design, Karim believes the BubbleDeck system will provide safer, greener, more efficient construction in Australia.
Karim is a member of the Institution of Structural Engineers, UK; the Institution of Civil Engineers, UK; and the Institution of Engineers Australia.

Gavin is a Chartered Management Accountant, holding top business qualifications and with experience in administering leading Australian corporates. His extensive expertise in strategic and financial supervision and governance was developed over almost two decades across a number of key sectors including resources, telecommunications and property.
Gavin’s attraction to the BubbleDeck concept and system led him to leave a secure corporate role to start up the company with Karim. In his capacity managing the organisational and commercial aspects of BubbleDeck, Gavin provides vital financial management, builds strategic alliances and partnerships, and develops efficient processes that will ensure critical, on-time delivery.
